"I started Cryo Nation in April of 2014. Fast forward to 2019, we had just
crossed the 5-year mark as a company. By this point, we were hitting our
full stride as a company and we were ready to expand from one to multiple
locations. As our business expanded, I wanted to ensure our quality did not

document all our operations and procedures to ensure consistency between
locations.

thoughtful questions to help better define my vision, and answered all my

create the Operations Manual that I desired while utilizing his consulting

in terms of flexibility to complete the work based on my objectives, my

Within a couple of months and on schedule we completed our Operations

points and turned them into strengths, and we solidified all our operations

efficient, and more profitable. The Operations Manual easily paid for itself
